Our hosting providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and security logs.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Review availability across our booking calendars.
- Respond to your request and provide booking instructions.
- Manage, confirm, or decline a requested stay.
- Prevent spam, fraud, and misuse of the website.
- Maintain records and improve the reliability of our guest communication.
Submitting a request does not create a reservation, place a hold, or process a payment.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website and booking-request workflow. These currently include Netlify for website hosting and server functions, Supabase for data storage and authentication, and Resend for transactional email. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect guests, hosts, the property, or our legal rights.
Retention and security
We keep booking-request information only as long as reasonably needed for guest communication, booking administration, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices

Children’s privacy
This website and its booking form are intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
